Welcome and thank you for visiting the site! My name is Carolyn Pace and I currently reside in Alexandria, Virginia. In 2013 I graduated from Hollins University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. I also have a Film Studies minor and a certificate from the Batten Leadership Institute. I am a competitive bodybuilder in the NPC, equestrian and a Coach for lifestyle clients. 

I started coaching to help clients achieve their nutrition and fitness goals while keeping their long-term health as a priority through experience and an evidence-based approach. My coaching style has evolved to include not only evidence-based but functional health through strategic coaching methods that gives each individual client the tools in order to succeed.
